Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads
- Understand customers’ needs and identify sales opportunities resulting in adding to the subscriber base or upselling
- Answer potential customers’ questions and send additional information per email and follow up to secure the subscription
- Keep up with product and service information and updates
- Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers
- Explain and demonstrate features of products and services
- Stay informed about competing products and services
- Familiar with Tradeshows and Events with the ability to travel as needed
- Upsell products and services to existing subscriber base
- Research and qualify new leads
- Close sales and achieve or exceed sales targets
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to achieve sales targets
- Able to identify key opportunities of improvement and drive implementation of the process
- Azure/AWS End to End cloud selling experience.
Interpersonal Skills:
- 4+ years of professional inside or outside sales experience
- High level of interpersonal skills and strong negotiation skills
- Must have the ability to penetrate, acquire, and transition opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- High level of flexibility, self-reliance
Technical Skills:
- Working knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CrunchBase,
- Working knowledge of IT industry, ability to learn and present infrastructure and cloud services portfolio
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams
- Excellent phone and cold/warm calling skills
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred
