Generative AI that ships to production .

Most generative AI pilots impress in a demo and die before production. Billow builds generative AI solutions that make it copilots, assistants and LLM apps grounded in your data through RAG, and governed for accuracy, privacy and safety from day one.

Overview

What are generative AI solutions?

Generative AI solutions are applications built on large language models that create useful output — answers, drafts, summaries, code — grounded in your own data and embedded in real workflows. The point isn’t a clever chatbot; it’s AI that does real work, accurately and safely.

The gap between a generative AI demo and a production system is enormous, and it’s where most efforts stall. A demo can look magical on curated inputs; production has to be accurate on messy real data, keep your information private, resist prompt injection, and be trusted by the people using it. Getting there takes grounding, governance and engineering — not just a good prompt.

Billow builds generative AI that reaches production. We find the use cases worth doing, ground the model in your data with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) so answers are accurate and current, build copilots and LLM applications into the tools your people already use, and wrap it all in the privacy, safety and monitoring an enterprise needs. Less hype, more shipped.

What's included

Generative AI, built for production

Our generative AI services cover the whole path — from finding the right use case to shipping a grounded, governed solution.

GenAI use-case discovery

Find the use cases where generative AI delivers real, measurable value — not just novelty.

RAG & grounding

Retrieval-augmented generation that anchors the model in your data — accurate, current, and far less prone to making things up.

Custom copilots & assistants

Assistants embedded in your workflows and apps that help people work faster — grounded and governed.

LLM application development

Full generative AI applications — not prototypes — engineered, integrated and production-ready.

Content & document AI

Summarize, extract, classify and generate across your documents and content at scale.

Governance & safety

Privacy, prompt-injection defense, evaluation and monitoring — so the AI stays accurate, safe and trusted.

Why Billow

Most generative AI pilots never reach production. We build for the ones that do.

A demo proves it’s possible; production proves it’s useful. The hard parts — accuracy, privacy, safety, trust — are exactly what we engineer in from the start.

Grounded, not guessing

RAG anchors answers in your verified data, so output is accurate and current — not confident fiction.

Private by design

Your data stays yours — no training public models on it, with enterprise privacy controls throughout.

Built into the work

Copilots live where people already work, so the value is used — not stranded in a separate tool.

Safe & monitored

Prompt-injection defense, evaluation and monitoring keep it trustworthy in the real world.

How we engage

From use case to shipped

01

Discover

We identify the highest-value use cases and define what “good” and “safe” look like.

02

Prototype

We build a working prototype fast, tested on real data — to prove value before scaling.

03

Ground

We add RAG, privacy and guardrails so the solution is accurate, safe and enterprise-ready.

04

Deploy

We ship it into your workflows and monitor it — keeping it accurate and trusted over time.

FAQ

Generative AI questions

Generative AI is a class of AI that creates new content — text, code, images, summaries — based on patterns learned from large amounts of data, typically using large language models (LLMs). In business, it powers copilots, assistants, document processing, content generation and more, turning natural-language instructions into useful output.
RAG is a technique that grounds a generative AI model in your own data. Instead of relying only on what the model learned in training, RAG retrieves relevant information from your documents and systems at query time and feeds it to the model — so answers are current, accurate and specific to your organization, with far less risk of made-up responses.
A copilot is a generative AI assistant embedded in a workflow or application that helps a person do their job — drafting, summarizing, answering questions or taking guided actions. A well-built copilot is grounded in your data, aware of context, and governed, so it accelerates work without going off the rails.
It can be, with the right design and governance. Enterprise-grade generative AI means keeping your data private (not training public models on it), grounding responses in trusted sources, guarding against prompt injection, and monitoring output. We build with those controls in from the start — not bolted on after a risky pilot.
Mainly through grounding and guardrails. We use RAG to anchor responses in your verified data, constrain what the model is allowed to do, cite sources where possible, and put evaluation and monitoring in place. The goal is output people can trust — accurate, current and traceable — rather than confident-sounding guesses.
