Modern Workplace EUC · Devices

The devices your people work on, done right .

The endpoint is where security and productivity actually meet and where a lot of both is won or lost. Billow’s end user compute services deliver standard, secure, well-managed devices provisioned zero-touch, kept current, and supported through their whole lifecycle across Windows and macOS.

Overview

What is end user computing (EUC)?

End user computing (EUC) is everything to do with the devices your people work on — laptops and desktops, and the operating systems, images, apps and policies on them — from how they’re built and provisioned to how they’re secured, supported and refreshed. It’s the layer where employees actually touch technology every day.

When end user compute is done badly, it shows: inconsistent builds, slow manual setups, devices out of patch and out of policy, and endpoints that are the soft target attackers look for. When it’s done well, employees get a consistent, secure, ready-to-work device on day one — and it stays that way.

Billow standardizes and secures your fleet: consistent images and builds, zero-touch provisioning with tools like Windows Autopilot, OS and app deployment, security and compliance policy, and lifecycle management from first setup to refresh. Across Windows and macOS, your endpoints become an asset you control — not a liability you chase.

What's included

Every device, standard and secure

Our end user compute services cover the full device lifecycle from a standard build to zero-touch provisioning to refresh.

Device provisioning & Autopilot

Zero-touch provisioning devices ship to the user and configure themselves securely on first sign-in.

Standard images & builds

Consistent, secure standard builds, so every device starts from the same known-good baseline.

OS & app deployment

Operating system and application deployment and updates, managed centrally across the fleet.

Security & compliance

Endpoint hardening, encryption and compliance policy so the device is secure by default.

Lifecycle & refresh

Managing devices from provisioning through refresh and retirement, so nothing runs past its time.

End-user support

Support for the devices and the people on them the everyday help that keeps them productive.

Why EUC

The endpoint is where security and productivity meet.

Every device is both a tool your people depend on and a door an attacker could walk through. Getting end user compute right makes people productive on day one and keeps the door shut.

Secure by default

Standard, hardened builds mean every device starts secure not one careless setup away from a breach.

Consistent & supportable

A standardized fleet is far easier to secure, support and troubleshoot than a pile of one-offs.

Productive from day one

Zero-touch provisioning gets new and remote staff working immediately, with everything already in place.

Controlled lifecycle

Devices stay current and accounted for no unpatched, forgotten endpoints lurking on the network.

How we engage

From standard build to refresh

01

Standardize

We define secure standard images and builds one known-good baseline for the whole fleet.

02

Provision

We set up zero-touch provisioning, so devices configure themselves securely on first sign-in.

03

Manage

We deploy apps and policy and keep devices patched, secure and compliant through modern management.

04

Refresh

We manage the lifecycle refresh and retire on schedule, so nothing runs past its time.

FAQ

End user compute questions

End user computing (EUC) is everything to do with the devices and environments your people work on — laptops, desktops and the operating systems, images, apps and policies on them. It covers how devices are built, provisioned, secured, supported and refreshed, so employees have reliable, secure tools to do their jobs.
It includes device standardization and imaging, provisioning (often zero-touch with tools like Windows Autopilot), OS and application deployment, security and compliance configuration, and lifecycle management from first setup to refresh and retirement — across Windows and macOS.
Yes. We manage Windows and macOS endpoints — standard, secure builds, app deployment and policy — through modern management (Intune and UEM), so a mixed fleet is consistent, secure and supportable.
Zero-touch provisioning — for example with Windows Autopilot — lets a device ship straight to the employee and configure itself on first sign-in: enrolling in management, applying policy, installing apps and securing itself, with no IT hands-on. It makes onboarding fast and consistent, even for remote staff.
Yes. We manage the full lifecycle — procurement input, standard imaging, provisioning, ongoing management and security, and refresh or retirement — so devices stay current, secure and accounted for, and nothing is left running past its time.
